Long hours under the sun, combined with sand, sweat, and wind, can take a serious toll on your skin if you're not careful. 1. Wear Sunscreen—And Reapply Often

After a long day in the sun, rinse off with fresh water to remove salt, sweat, and sunscreen. Apply a gentle moisturizer or aloe vera gel to soothe and rehydrate your skin. If you notice any signs of sunburn, redness, or irritation, take care of it immediately with cooling lotion and rest.
